Refunds only apply to individual services, not bundles. Services like SEO, hosting, and domains are non-refundable. If a refund is approved after revisions or new concepts, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the project total.

Delivery Policy
Final files are delivered via email and account area on the promised date. Standard turnaround is 5 business days. For urgent orders, contact support.
