Impact Roadmap

What’s Included

The Impact Roadmap is a one-on-one video call that maps out your best next steps.

It is typically the first step before beginning any project to ensure time and resources are focused on the right priorities.

You’ll leave the session with a clear plan tailored to your goals and current stage of business.

No implementation or technical work is carried out during this session. The session is purely strategic and focused on planning (The “design” of the roadmap).

If the Impact Roadmap is purchased as a standalone product, the full amount is credited towards any future services with us.

The roadmap may form part of a larger strategy or project but is not binding until services are formally engaged.

This session is conducted via video call. You will receive a meeting link in advance.

More than 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend the session, it will be forfeited and not refunded.

You may reschedule a maximum of twice. After two changes, your session will be forfeited.

The recommendations we make are based on our experience and the information provided by you. It’s up to you to seek independent advice or counsel beyond our recommendations.

Scope Alignment Notice

Additional campaign requests are reviewed based on priority and current workload. Implementation is not guaranteed.

Each plan is priced based on a balance of campaigns, ad sets, and daily ad spend. If any of these components increase beyond what is included in your current plan — for example, launching additional campaigns, expanding targeting to more ad sets, or increasing your daily spend — we’ll discuss whether an upgrade to the next tier is appropriate.

This ensures we continue to deliver the right level of optimisation, creative testing, and reporting support for your goals.

Facebook Ads Structure (Top to Bottom)

Campaign

This sets the overall objective (e.g. Leads, Traffic, Engagement).

You can only have one objective per campaign (e.g. Lead Gen or Sales).

Ad Set

This is where you define the audienceplacementbudget, and schedule.

One campaign can contain multiple ad sets, each targeting different audiences or running on different schedules or budgets.

Think of ad sets as “who you’re showing the ads to”.

Ads

These live inside ad sets and are the actual creatives (images, videos, headlines, copy).

You can have multiple ads per ad set to test different creative angles or formats.

Ongoing communication is handled via email ([email protected][email protected]) or your support channel between calls.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead quantities. SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, and market activity.

Tradie Web Guys is not liable for any loss of income or business opportunity due to search ranking fluctuations, downtime, or third-party service issues.

If access to required platforms is revoked or unavailable, this may prevent us from fulfilling deliverables.
